Hin Lee Contractor Trading Pte Ltd (HLCT) is a Singapore civil engineering firm established on August 10th , 1990.
From a humble beginning, HLCT has since grown from a small business to a reliable and reputable civil engineering contractor striving for excellence. HLCT is currently registered with Building Construction Authority (BCA) as CW02 Civil Engineering C1, CW01 General Building C2 and, GB1 General Builder Class 1.
We specialise in earthworks, site clearances, temporary site facilities, demolition, temporary and permanent road works, road diversions, temporary and permanent drainage works, external works, substructure and, superstructure (land and marine).
