5 Ton Excavator

1. For Bare Rental Charges, all machine working hour’s should not exceeding 250hrs/mth
2. Exceed hours will be charged at pro rated of the sum of rental
3. The Customer bears all operating costs of the machinery.
4. Since the Equipment is in the Customer’s possession and therefore within the Customer’s control and responsibility, the Customer is liable for any damage to, theft, or loss of the Equipment and shall bear all costs of repair or replacement while in the possession of the Customer, regardless of whether Customer causes loss or damage. If the Equipment is lost, damaged, or destroyed, the Customer shall pay the full replacement value based on the most recent Hin Lee list price in Singapore of the machinery or repair the damage and bear the full repair cost. Hin Lee shall solely determine the decision to repair or replace the Equipment.
