Hin Lee Contractor Trading Pte Ltd (HLCT) took the opportunity to hold a safety training session for all our site personnel and a company-wide bonding session on Vesak Day 2024. It is a rare opportunity for all our staff to gather, make new friends and have some fun.
Safety training session was conducted by our own in-house WSHC and mechanic in our yard, covering topics such as proper PPE for each task, safe ladder, working around machineries, lifting, electrical tools, basic machinery maintenance etc. The purpose of the training is to refresh our workers on basic knowledge and remind them to stay vigilant during their daily task. HLCT management paid close attention to the safety of our workers as we are accountable for their well-being.
After the training session, all of HLCT staff gathered at the newly built Choa Chu Kang SAFRA which is not only a certified Green Mark (GM) Platinum Super Low Energy building, it also clinched top accolades in the World Design Awards 2023 for Sports Design Built and Corporate Interior Built.
Through series of team bonding games, HLCT staff have a chance to work with colleagues of different projects or staff station at headquarter. Executive Director, John Tang, also took the opportunity to address the work force by thanking them for their hard work and encourage them to look around Singapore; fostering the pride they should have as they are part of Singapore’s Built environment effort.
